At Rival Boxing Gear, we are dedicated to providing the highest quality equipment for your training; if you are not completely satisfied, you may return or exchange your gear within 30 days of purchase. Items must be in their original, unused condition with all tags and packaging intact to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Visit our online Returns Portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Package Your Gear

  Securely pack the unused items in their original packaging, ensuring all protective wraps and labels are included to prevent damage during transit.

  Ship the Package

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided by our portal to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects the gear for quality assurance, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
